This wine cooler looks very attractive with a slightly curved smoked glass door. The cabinet is black so the darker door gives it a really sleek look.

The door is also double pane and insulated to protect you wine from harmful light and heat. One thing to note is that the door opens on the left (hinge on the right) and is not reversible.

This is a thermoelectric wine cooler so it is virtually silent and excellent on electricity use. The cooler is also vibration free since there is no compressor.

Here the top portion temperature range is 46-66ºF and the bottom is 54-66ºF.

There are 2 LED touchscreen temperature displays that are easy to use and adjust.

This wine cooler does not have a lock, but it does have a very nice soft interior light that shows off your collection in a subtle, classy way.

Inside you will find 4 chrome racks that are removable. This is nice if you have a larger or odd shaped bottle you need to store.

An often asked question is whether or not the wine cooler can hold larger bottles of wine. The answer is that yes it can hold larger bottles, but it does depend on how large. Wine bottles today come in so many sizes it is hard to give a precise answer.

We were able to fit a bottle of champagne on the bottom portion. We also have some reds that are larger that fit just fine. It is clearly designed for your standard size wine bottle though. If you do have large bottles you can remove the shelves, but this of course cuts down on your capacity.

Another feature that we liked about it is the fact that it is pretty compact and can fit in a lot of different locations.

Bottom line: Haier makes great wine coolers. It is hard to go wrong with this brand. This particular wine cooler does not disappoint. It looks very attractive and has most of the features you could ask for (except no locking door – but many people don’t want/ use that feature anyway).
